Born in Uzbekistan and immigrating to the U.S. to escape persecution, Milana began acting as a child with early roles in shows like ER and Lizzie McGuire, but her big break came with AT&T, where her charming portrayal of Lily made her a household name. Refusing to be typecast, she expanded into television with appearances in This Is Us, Silicon Valley, and Other Space, as well as voice work as Squirrel Girl in Marvel Rising and the initially planned New Warriors live-action series. Milana also co-founded the comedy YouTube channel Live Prude Girls, showcasing her talents as a writer, director, and producer, which opened up new revenue streams and gave her more creative control.
